Recrescere Group is representing an ambitious stealth cosmetics brand preparing for launch within the next few months.

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Director to develop and lead the brand’s influencer strategy from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to identify the right creators, build authentic relationships and turn influencer partnerships into measurable brand awareness, engagement and revenue.

The Role

• Create and execute the brand’s end-to-end influencer marketing strategy.

• Build a launch-ready network of beauty, skincare and cosmetics creators.

• Develop partnerships across micro, mid-tier, macro and celebrity influencers.

• Lead creator outreach, negotiations, contracting and relationship management.

• Design gifting, seeding, affiliate, ambassador and paid collaboration programmes.

• Collaborate with brand, creative, social and performance marketing teams.

• Measure campaign performance across reach, engagement, content quality, traffic, conversion and ROI.

• Identify emerging creators, platforms and cultural trends before they become mainstream.

• Build scalable processes for influencer activation as the brand grows.

About You

• Proven influencer marketing experience within beauty, cosmetics, skincare or a closely related DTC category.

• A strong existing network of relevant influencers, creators, talent managers and agencies.

• Experience developing strategy as well as personally executing campaigns.

• A strong understanding of creator-led growth, UGC, affiliate marketing and social commerce.

• Commercially minded and comfortable using performance data to guide decisions.

• Experience launching or rapidly scaling a consumer brand would be highly valuable.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment ahead of a major launch.
